Who is this for?

Anyone interested in media, whether you're completely new or already creating content. Whether you're interested in presenting, podcasting, journalism, production, content creation or simply want to discover where you fit within the industry, this programme is designed to help you develop.

Do I need experience?

No. Most of our trainees start with little or no studio experience. We'll help you build your confidence and practical skills from the ground up.

What will I learn?

You'll develop practical skills in presenting, interviewing, podcasting, journalism, content creation, production and professional communication before putting those skills into practice through six weeks of professional experience.

Where does training take place?

All sessions take place at Reprezent's studios in Elephant & Castle.

When does the 8 week training run?

One evening per week (18:30–20:30). After booking, you'll choose which weekday suits you best.

When does the 4 week professional experience run?

This is planned around your schedule. Days, evenings and weekends are all available.

Why are scholarships only available for under 25s?

Our scholarship places and ongoing work experience are funded through grant programmes, and the funders set the eligibility criteria. At present, places are only available to applicants aged under 25.

Do I need any equipment?

No. Everything you need is provided. We'll also recommend affordable options if you'd like to continue creating content at home.
